MEET THE MODELS
My art work features a relationship between man and the animal kingdom. By drawing from personal experiences, I can capture reality and wrap it in my wild imagination.
I love it when my art tells a good story. I often visit wildlife rescue centers in various parts of the US and photograph, wild birds, wolves, bears, tigers and more. When a painting features one of these animals, I donate part of the original’s sale to support these worthy causes.
One of my strongest influences comes from living on San Carlos Apache and Pine Ridge Sioux Reservations, where my father organized police forces. Indian legends and the life stories shared by my friends and family are at the heart of my art. All the people and animals in the paintings are real and I want to share their stories with you.
