Hi. I obtained a "What's Cooking" cookbook but not being a fan of cooking I just looked at the artwork and put it away. Then Kathy asked if I had tried any of the recipes, which I hadn't, and she told me how easy they were. Just dumping stuff into the blender-starting with the eggs to get the chick peas creamy first- this is my kind of cooking! And being gluten intolerant, I find these are the easiest, most economical recipes out there! Thank you so much for being a foodie and figuring this out! My tour of Ireland in June 2024

Our trip to Western Ireland was a dream come true. Not only was I able to set foot on the beautiful Emerald Isle that gave birth to my Irish ancestry but I was also able to achieve my goal of producing on watercolor painting as day. I made 15 (one a day) while in Ireland and another 11 when I got home to Las Cruces, NM.
I wanted to present all the paintings as a collection before offering them for sale as individual paintings so I created my book, IRELAND THROUGH DESERT EYES.

A Must Read
The art work in this book is unbelievably beautiful. Kathy is on of my favorite NM artists and I keep going back to look at the watercolors. I have given it as a hostess gift and the receiptants loved it also. Great work, Kathy

Kathy Morrow has written entertaining stories of Ireland to accompany her captivating water cors of her trip with her husband. My husband is blind but he enjoyed the stories. Highly recommend this book.

Beautiful Artwork and Lovely Narrative
What a beautiful watercolor journey thru Ireland by Kathy Morrow. Most of us have to take pictures but Kathy draws and paints. I love this book a will treasure it. Also bought a copy for my sister who was delighted. She espcially liked the White Horse painting and story. D. Lee

Allowed me to see what I never will
I loved seeing Ireland through Kthy's eyes. I may never get to see the Emerald Isle in person, but it was the next best thing. The book was wonderfully produced and depicted each day of her trip, along with the story behind every beautiful painting. Kathy's talent is undeniable! JEB
